ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Assist firm attorneys with day-to-day office tasks and client relations. Familiarity with office/admin work and/or real estate transactions would be helpful, and good organizational, communication, and computer skills are necessary.
REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Coordinate the administrative aspect of our client's real estate transactions, such as deadline management, document collection, obtaining signatures and notarization, and ensuring all files are moving through the process as efficiently as possible. Good organizational, communication, and computer skills are necessary.
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Assist in the representation of our firm's clients in their real estate matters, such as transactions, title work, landlord-tenant concerns, and other ancillary areas related to real estate ownership. The position is particularly suited to new attorneys with an interest in real estate or attorneys seeking to start building their own real estate client base while working with experienced real estate attorneys.
INTERN
Law students or college students with an interest in law and real estate to assist firm attorneys and staff while learning about the law and the mechanics of a real estate practice would be well suited to this role.
