A PERSONAL APPROACH
Choosing a place to live is an important and personal decision. This decision will affect every facet of your daily life moving forward. The process of purchasing a home can be intimidating because it is likely to be the largest financial transaction of your life. The decision to sell your home can be just as daunting. A home sale occurs only a few times in your life, and those sales are usually separated by a good amount of time. I started my legal practice to help my clients navigate what can be a stressful process.
Before starting my own practice, I worked for about 7 years as a civil litigator. I handled cases ranging from workers’ compensation claims, toxic tort injury suits, employment discrimination suits, and wage and hour violations. I practiced in both Illinois State Court and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. During that time I rarely felt that my clients were personally invested in the process. It was just business.
In contrast, my wife is a successful realtor in the Chicago area. I’ve seen what a positive impact her career has on her clients, and how her work helps people achieve their life goals. Deciding to purchase or sell a home isn’t just business, it’s personal.
That’s why I take a personal approach with my clients. I am attentive to their needs, and I strive to help them achieve their goals. Whether you are a first time buyer or a seasoned real estate investor, I want to learn your objectives and help you reach them.
